Join our \#SEGreatPeople https://youtu.be/VbldHPFltQQ **About the department:** You will join the Engineering & Methods team at the Molins de Rei plant, a department responsible for designing new production processes, optimizing existing ones, and deploying various Industry 4\.0-focused tools. **What will you learn with us?** Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn: * To support continuous improvement initiatives across factory departments. * To collaborate on industrial projects—from feasibility study through solution selection and implementation—to completion. * To program PLCs and HMIs, interpret electrical schematics, or perform mechanical design. * To become familiar with the thermoset materials processing industry and its production methods. * To develop collaboration and communication skills by working on projects with other engineers and departments. Qualifications: **Are you who we’re looking for?** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Automatic and Robotics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. * Interest in industrial automation and control, process improvement, and technological innovation. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong motivation to learn. * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. * Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * Availability to start in March. * Extroversion and eagerness to learn. * Advanced level of English.
