Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive care for residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and participation in therapies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive assistance with residents’ personal hygiene and care 2. Support with residents’ feeding and mobility 3. Active participation in residents’ therapies and well-being Lifting residents from bed Performing residents’ personal hygiene (showers, bed bathing, shaving, oral hygiene) Dressing residents Assisting residents to rise from common areas Feeding residents who require assistance Making beds, collecting soiled laundry, and delivering it to the laundry room Removing trash from residents’ rooms Participating in residents’ therapies (occupational therapy programs, physiotherapy) Performing scheduled repositioning and naps Changing diapers Administering enemas Recording all care procedures performed on residents Documenting incidents occurring during the workday Placing and organizing residents’ clothing in wardrobes Position Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 1,220.00€–1,300.00€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
