Job Summary: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities according to established procedures, ensuring their normal operation and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and prevent electrical, electronic, and mechanical failures. 2. Repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures. 3. Collaborate in the assembly and commissioning of new installations. Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched R&D capabilities, we can offer everything from standard profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for most industries. * **MISSION:** Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities according to established procedures and using designated machinery and tools. * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Conduct daily inspections of machines, equipment, and facilities to detect existing electrical, electronic, or mechanical failures, or to prevent such failures. + Repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures that occur, replacing or repairing damaged parts, adjusting components, and conducting necessary tests to ensure normal operation, while leaving the area clean and operational. + Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and using designated machinery and tools. + Respond to inquiries from production operators or others, diagnosing issues related to the electrical and mechanical operation of machinery and equipment. + Perform or assist in the assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of new installations or equipment modifications. + Repair various components in the workshop using designated machinery and tools. + Record data regarding downtime duration and causes, as specified in established procedures. + Replace consumables or spare parts according to indicators defined in procedures. + Ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and consumables, and place necessary orders. + Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and facilities. + Comply with established Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and protocols. Commit proactively to the Group’s HSE framework. + Issue work permits for auxiliary service maintenance companies, following the HSE-defined procedure. + Possibility of being appointed Single Point Accountability (SPA) for critical protocols directly affecting your area. + Study, design, and implement facility improvements if required. + Train and mentor colleagues undergoing training for this position. + Perform any other duties or tasks arising from the implementation of new procedures or modifications to existing ones. **Equal opportunities** ----------------------- At Hydro, we believe diversity makes us stronger.
