Currently, we are recruiting a Civil and Structural Works Supervisor to join the construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phase of an industrial plant. The position will be based in Javalí Viejo for a period of six months. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising and coordinating the execution of civil works in accordance with the project, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Planning and organizing site resources: personnel, machinery, auxiliary equipment, and materials. * Maintaining smooth communication with the client, technical management, and internal teams through meetings and progress reports. * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, transportation, and owned or rented machinery, ensuring proper logistics on site. * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and health standards, including managing required documentation. * Identifying and resolving interferences with other disciplines. * Verification, review, and support during the commissioning/start-up phase. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
