Job Summary: We are seeking a Java–Unix Technician to participate in the maintenance and evolution of critical applications in an international environment within the financial sector. We are looking for a Java–Unix Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join a stable project within the financial sector, working in an international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the maintenance and evolution of critical applications with technical communication conducted in English. Essential Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in Java–Unix environments * Experience in creating Unix scripts * Knowledge of Oracle database * Experience executing Oracle access queries Advanced B2 level English with ability to conduct telephone conversations * Additional Assets * Prior experience in banking environments * Knowledge of complex financial systems Prior experience in similar projects within the sector * Main Responsibilities * Development and maintenance of scripts in Unix environments * Technical support for Java applications * Execution and optimization of Oracle queries * Technical coordination with international teams in English Participation in evolutionary and corrective application support * Position Conditions * Work Modality: Remote work * Stable project within a top-tier technology company * Indefinite-term contract * Flexible remuneration * Three annual trainings * Twenty-three working days of vacation * Working hours: * + Monday to Thursday: 9 hours + Friday: 7 hours + July and August: Intensive schedule (7 hours per day) * International environment with regular use of English
