You will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at our Pau (64\) agency. This is a permanent position to be filled as soon as possible. **WHAT IF IT WERE YOU?** **Your missions, if you accept them…** * Greet customers (in person and by phone). * Schedule appointments according to the workshop calendar. * Receive equipment at the workshop, following established procedures. * Open and manage repair orders. * Prepare repair estimates. * Advise customers on required interventions. * Track repair progress and inform customers. * Organize return of equipment after intervention. * Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
