




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff to perform telephone customer service, invoice processing, and payment tracking, assuming administrative responsibilities. Key Points: 1. We are seeking administrative staff for a position in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include telephone communication with customers and suppliers, handling and recording invoices and delivery notes, as well as managing and following up on claims regarding pending payments. The ideal candidate must hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Certificate in the Administration and Management professional field. Additionally, at least two years of demonstrable experience in similar roles involving administrative responsibilities is required. This position offers an indefinite part-time employment contract, with a weekly workload of 25 hours. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 13:30 to 18:30. Remuneration will comply with the national collective agreement for the Graphic Arts industry.
