Professional and friendly work environment Part-time administrative assistant needed, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 14:30 h (5 h/day) Invoice entry and validation (monthly control based on previous statements) Inventory management and preparation of supplier shipments Recording of F&B delivery notes Support in monthly closings, ratios, and numerical control Cash register and cash expense control Creation and sending of restaurant invoices Management of banking procedures and other administrative documents Collaboration with quality and Biosphere certification departments * 1 year of experience. Experience in a similar role in accounting and logistics * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP de Grado Superior) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (5 hours – daily working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 1200 * Other relevant information: Immediate start. Approximate salary: according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement, Administrative Level 3. Daily meal provided by the hotel, lunch at approximately 13:00 h within the 5-hour working period.
