WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting documentation tasks, report/dashboard creation, contractual follow-up, and order tracking arising from opening-related planning and procurement processes, warehouse operational processes, machinery park management, waste management, and general expense management — all while pursuing automation and industrialization. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF OUR TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper service to internal customers and sales. Ensuring correct execution of goods inbound and outbound processes. Controlling quantity and quality of received items. Complying with safety regulations. Contributing to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses, and collaborating in the proper preservation of company assets. Loading/unloading using forklifts and receiving goods via radiofrequency. Collaborating with your team within the framework of company values. Participating actively in warehouse and company life. WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? Experience as a goods receptionist within a logistics structure or similar role is valued. Experience interacting with transport providers, managing delivery notes, and maintaining daily incoming goods records. Experience operating machinery (forklifts, stackers, and reach trucks) and using radiofrequency devices. Valid driving license type B and personal vehicle are mandatory.
