We seek to hire **a Site Manager based in Galicia** for the Living sector who wishes to join our growth journey, lead distinctive projects, and contribute expertise in executing high-architectural-value construction works, with availability to travel across Spain and Portugal according to project locations. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and managing on-site execution, leading human, material, and financial resources to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, serving as the primary liaison with the client and guaranteeing project success. **Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:** * Represent Aluman to the client on-site and coordinate with the Project Manager. * Monitor costs, schedules, and execution quality. * Coordinate and supervise in-house teams and subcontractors (assembly and auxiliary equipment). * Manage documentation and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, ensuring preventive measures are implemented on-site. * Organize logistics, receipt, and proper storage of materials. * Supervise measurements, delivery notes, and associated site documentation. * Coordinate with other industrial partners and internal departments. * Identify and report incidents that may affect costs or schedules. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during execution. **What Do We Offer?** * Challenging and Innovative Environment: Join a team that values creativity and innovation.
