An exciting opportunity to join the prestigious The Club of Revenue Management by RHG as Commercial Performance Trainee. As Commercial Performance Trainee, you will support and assist the Global Director Commercial Performance on overseeing, monitoring and supervising the performance of approx.700 hotels amongst EMEA and APAC from both a revenue and sales perspective. This unique role will develop both analytical and commercial skills, enabling you to contribute on enhancing the hotels’ performance. THE JOB: * Perform analysis on the performance of the hotels focusing on 3 streams: Room, F\&B and M\&E. * Creation and maintenance of ad hoc reports for both Revenue and Sales workforce. * Conduct in\-depth revenue management analysis for individual hotels and/or groups of hotels and create/ support action plans for improvements. * Support the Revenue Technology team in projects involving RPA and cost\-saving technologies * Grow total revenue and reach budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration. * Support both Revenue and Sales team with tools to facilitate business decisions. REQUIREMENTS: * A successful candidate will either have or quickly establish a strong knowledge of market dynamics, the experience of managing business in different geographical areas, and business acumen to take data\-driven decisions that will influence the performance of the hotels. * It is crucial to be a top expert in Excel and PowerPoint to provide support on building ad hoc reports. * Desirable knowledge of hotel technology including Revenue Management Systems (such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto GC), Hotel Reservation Systems (PMS/S\&C), and Distribution Systems (Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Distribution Connectivity Partners, OTA, Extranets). * Combining the understanding of systems thinking with a balanced approach also upon what is needed commercially and operationally is key. * You will need strong communication skills, be able to easily build trust with corporate stakeholders, and balance long\-term strategic direction with short\-term rate \& volume optimization. * A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, fast paced and be well\-organized with an eye for details.
