The selected candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing safety and the good condition of the facilities. Main Responsibilities: General maintenance of the center's facilities. Inspection and maintenance of sports equipment. Monitoring and supervision of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and basic plumbing. Management and coordination of technical incidents. Support in minor repairs and facility improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in facility maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or HVAC systems. A proactive, organized individual capable of managing incidents.
