Your objective will not be to transform global infrastructure, but rather to serve as the reference and guarantor of the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products and services (IoT, cameras, alarms). You will act as the bridge ensuring that every new customer-facing launch integrates seamlessly with internal systems for logistics, billing, and operations. The candidate will join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera.** More than **350 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** belong to the Tech family at Kairós, delivering technological solutions across all types of projects — from inception and product definition through implementation using various frameworks — always guaranteeing solutions that are not only effective, but also easy to use, maintain, and adapt to today’s evolving technology landscape. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Product Ecosystem Management**: Lead the technical architecture associated with a product (e.g., a new security camera). * **End-to-End (E2E) Vision**: Understand and design all service flows — from technician installation, image streaming for customers, to deactivation or battery replacement processes. * **System Integration**: Ensure product events (e.g., contract cancellation) correctly impact the company’s backend systems (billing, CRM, logistics). * **Long-Term Collaboration**: Serve as the “associated architect” for the product throughout its entire lifecycle — not just during launch. * **Functional/Enterprise Architecture**: Adapt existing architectures according to business demand, without requiring deep structural changes, while guaranteeing service scalability. **You’ll be a great fit if:** * Experience: Profile ranging from Junior to Mid level (ideally around 5 years, though seniority is valued if the focus is purely product-oriented). * Technical-to-Functional Transition: Professionals coming from technical development (Java, APIs, Microservices, Cloud) who wish to transition into Enterprise and Business Architecture. * Mindset: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient technical integrations. * Autonomy: Capability to independently manage the “end-to-end” scope of your projects. * Desired Tech Stack: Knowledge of modern architectures: Microservices, API-First, and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ). * Solution Modeling: C4 Model, PlantUML or similar tools to visualize ecosystem integrations.
