The job involves managing documentation, such as filing and scanning invoices, as well as providing support in accounting tasks. This includes recording invoices, conducting reviews, and performing bank reconciliation. Additionally, the role entails managing daily email correspondence. For this position, candidates must have education in Administration and Finance, along with prior experience in finance departments or accounting firms. Proficiency in accounting software and a basic or intermediate level of Excel is required. Knowledge of English is considered an asset, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. This is a temporary contract lasting between three and six months. It is a part-time position involving ten weekly working hours, with afternoon shifts during winter and morning shifts during summer.
