Our client is a company specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-performance lightweight structures for the aerospace and defense sectors, using advanced composite material technologies. **ROLE** The selected candidate will join the team to participate in projects related to quality, engineering, and aerospace component manufacturing, supporting both our internal processes and projects developed for clients through outsourcing services. We are seeking a technical, organized, and solution-oriented profile, capable of working autonomously and coordinating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams, ensuring compliance with established technical and quality requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001\. * Participation in the preparation, monitoring, and closure of internal and external audits. * Management and tracking of nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Identification of root causes and follow-up on action plans. * Monitoring and tracking of quality indicators and objectives. * Development, updating, and control of procedures, instructions, and documentation of the quality system. * Ensuring traceability of processes and manufacturing records. * Monitoring customer and supplier quality requirements. * Control of technical documentation and project-related records. * Support to the Production department in resolving quality incidents and issues. * Participation in continuous process and product improvement. * Risk analysis and identification of potential critical points in processes. * Collaboration with Engineering in defining and validating manufacturing processes. * Participation in the review of drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. * Support in product design and development activities, according to experience and profile. * Preparation and review of technical documentation related to design and manufacturing. * Liaison with customers and suppliers on matters related to quality and technical requirements. * Monitoring of outsourcing-developed projects, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. * Professional experience in quality within the aerospace or aeronautical sector. * Experience with Quality Management Systems and application of ISO 9001\. * Experience in managing nonconformities and corrective actions. * Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial environments. * Knowledge of CAD tools (Fusion, Inventor). * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. * Communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work on outsourcing projects and, when necessary, temporarily integrate into client teams. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the aeronautical/aerospace sector. * Experience in environments certified under ISO 9001\. * Knowledge of aeronautical Quality Management Systems. * Experience in quality audits. * Knowledge of risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Experience in composite/CFRP material manufacturing processes. * Experience or knowledge of component and tooling design. * Proficiency in CAD tools, especially Fusion 360 and Inventor. * Experience in reviewing and preparing technical documentation.
