Customer orientation and guarantee of excellent service At Gasco, we are looking for a store manager to lead the daily operations of our store in Vilanova i la Geltrú, ensuring the store runs smoothly, delivers outstanding customer service, and coordinates the team effectively. The selected candidate will supervise daily point-of-sale activities, organize team tasks, maintain store order and visual presentation, and provide support in sales, restocking, and customer service whenever necessary. They will also play a key role in monitoring commercial objectives, ensuring proper product display, and resolving operational incidents. Coordination and supervision of daily store operations Team management and task organization Customer service and advisory support Support in sales and cash register transactions Maintenance of store order, visual presentation, and correct product display Restocking, stock monitoring, and control of store requirements Monitoring of commercial objectives and support in promotional campaigns Incident resolution and assurance of high-quality customer service * Minimum 1 year of experience. Proven prior experience as a store manager or in a similar position is required, including direct team management and responsibility for daily point-of-sale operations. Experience in the retail sector, leadership capability, scheduling and vacation planning, sales control, adherence to internal protocols, as well as strong customer orientation and goal achievement focus, will be especially valued. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: We seek a responsible, organized, solution-oriented individual with leadership ability, accustomed to working face-to-face with the public and managing teams in a dynamic commercial environment.
