Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to lead the operational integration of a new Business Unit, ensuring a smooth transition and full legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the operational integration of a new Business Unit and its team. 2. Coordinate the transfer of information and develop a welcome plan. 3. Manage projects and ensure compliance with labor regulations. We seek a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to lead the operational integration of a new Business Unit and its team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure a seamless transition for approximately 60 new hires, bridging legal requirements with practical implementation. The objective is to have all aspects—ranging from contractual documentation to initial onboarding—fully prepared before operations commence. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end management of the integration process. This entails coordinating the transfer of contractual and legal information between parties and developing a welcome plan. This plan will ensure that each individual has access to the necessary tools, knowledge, and support from day one. You will also review relevant legal documentation and corporate policies related to integration, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Project management will be a core component of your daily work, including drafting action plans, tracking progress, and organizing tasks. You will collaborate on organizing welcome events and fostering a positive team environment. Flexibility will be valued: supporting other Human Resources areas, as permitted by the integration project, will be considered an asset. Prior experience in personnel integration or Human Resources project management is required, preferably within sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or 'Big Four' consulting firms. Solid knowledge of labor law and the ability to analyze and review contractual and acquisition-related legal matters are essential. A project management mindset, strong organizational capabilities, dynamism, and adaptability to changing environments or time-bound projects are key. Outstanding analytical skills for handling data and contracts, as well as excellent organizational abilities for planning and executing onboarding events and processes for a substantial number of individuals, are required. B2-level English proficiency and advanced Excel skills are mandatory. A university degree in Labor Relations, a Bachelor’s degree, or a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
