Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Posting job openings (**ATS**, job portals, social media, etc.). * Participating in direct candidate sourcing. * Conducting CV screening and pre-selection. * Initial outreach to candidates (phone, messaging, etc.). * Scheduling calls and interviews. * Promoting and executing distinctive initiatives to ensure a positive experience for every candidate. * Participating in Employer Branding activities and/or events. * Researching and staying updated on talent market trends and benchmarks. **If everything so far fits, let’s verify whether you:** * Already have 1\-2 years of experience doing what we’ve described above at GT. * Excel at interacting with people and identifying talent. * Believe that excellence lies in the details and quality. **Do you see many similarities with your profile?** **GT Motive is your place!** Because we work every day to become the most innovative company in Automotive Technology Solutions and SaaS.
