Within the context of family prevention and strengthening, we seek an Educator oriented toward working with children and adolescents from families facing risk, exclusion, or social vulnerability in the municipality of Gondomar. The purpose of this role is to deliver appropriate socio\-educational intervention, promoting strategies that enhance their personal, family, and social well-being. Priority is given to family units located in rural areas with limited access to childhood-related resources. Start date is scheduled for September 7, 2026\. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide academic support to children and adolescents (C&A) in situations of social vulnerability, covering primary and secondary education stages. * Design and conduct group-based artistic and creative activities, health promotion initiatives, and programs aimed at developing personal and social competencies with C&A. * Plan and implement educational, leisure, and cultural activities. * Coordinate with the municipal family educator to monitor C&A receiving support. Attend school tutoring sessions and maintain continuous communication with teachers and guidance counselors at educational institutions. * Carry out necessary administrative tasks related to C&A (follow\-ups, reports, and tutorial session records). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Salary Conditions: **€1,780 gross per month (14 payments annually), with extra payments in June and December.** **Profile:** * **University degree in social intervention or education.** * Experience supporting minors in situations of risk or vulnerability. * Empathy and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Personal vehicle required. **Position Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full\-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross per year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 08/10/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
