Would you like to join our team? \#ThePlaceToBe **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * EDUCATION: Technical Architect / Building Engineer / Architect * LANGUAGES: Spanish / Galician (an added advantage) * YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: minimum 10 years * SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: Office suite / MS Project / AutoCAD * TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Tertiary and building construction **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * An active and dynamic individual with strong supervision and coordination skills, required to spend many hours daily on-site coordinating and supervising multiple contractors handling a high-volume production workload. * Responsible for verifying the execution of the construction project. * Supported by and working in conjunction with the Project Manager and Cost Manager. * Coordinates construction works across several new-build buildings involving multiple contractors. * Ensures the project is executed in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Direct support and liaison with the Technical Management team. * Prepares minutes of Construction Coordination meetings. * Approves construction sequences and methodologies. * Provides construction support to designers and/or architects. * Reviews Construction Change Orders. * Supports “Package Managers” in reviewing and enforcing contractual requirements upon contractors. * Monitors contractor progress, both in terms of production and scheduling. * Verifies contractors’ and subcontractors’ Quality Plans. * Reviews Operation and Maintenance Manuals. The minimum salary for the VAS Director position is $175,000\.00 annually and the maximum salary for the VAS Director position is $200,000\.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
