Tasks will include masonry works such as building partitions, applying claddings, flooring, plastering, and tiling. Additionally, support will be required for other common site activities, including demolitions, setting-out, formwork assembly, and installation of various materials and finishes. Strict adherence to occupational safety and risk prevention regulations at all times is essential. Good collaboration with other team members is also expected to ensure work is carried out correctly and efficiently. Proper maintenance and use of hand tools and basic machinery typical of the trade are equally important. Requirements for this position include demonstrable experience as a skilled worker in the construction sector, sound practical knowledge of masonry and general construction tasks. A valid driving license (category B) and personal vehicle are mandatory. The ability to work well in a team and follow technical instructions will be valued. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 29\.732 €.
