




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage commercial and operational relationships with schools and parent-teacher associations (AMPAS), coordinating book sales, orders, and returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of commercial and operational relationships with educational institutions. 2. Coordination of sales campaigns and management of textbook changes. 3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software. We need a professional to manage day-to-day commercial and operational relationships with schools and AMPAS. You must promptly address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and issues that arise. Among your responsibilities will be preparing and keeping up to date the lists of textbooks to be published on the website. You will also plan and coordinate the timing of commercial operations, such as sales campaigns. Additionally, you will manage large-scale textbook changes, evaluating their financial impact, and oversee pending student orders. You will handle school requests and orders via internal forms, as well as returns and reorders with educational institutions. * Knowledge and Skills * Valid driver’s license. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. * Languages: Excellent oral and written command of Spanish and Catalan. * Software and Tools: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Experience with CRM software for customer management. Prior experience in the education or publishing sector is highly valued. Personal vehicle required for occasional visits to educational institutions.
