Position Summary: Personal and Professional Coaching Instructor to develop skills, self-esteem, and female empowerment, using active methodologies and games. Key Points: 1. Development of skills and female empowerment 2. Delivery of training using active methodologies 3. Focus on self-esteem and stress management Nascorformacion is seeking an instructor to deliver a Personal and Professional Coaching course aimed at developing skills, strengthening self-esteem, and empowering the women participating in the program. The course duration is 16 teaching hours. The course will run from March 2 to March 5, 2026\. Class hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (4 hours/day). Training will be conducted using active methodologies and games to encourage active participation by attendees. 1\) Design and development of training content 2\) Delivery of training related to: \- Strengthening self-esteem \- Empowering women \- Teamwork skills \- Stress management and problem solving Experience: 1 year. \- Minimum 200 hours accredited as a trainer * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time morning schedule (4 hours \- daily working hours)
