We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer in Asturias: **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise proper execution of maintenance activities, ensuring adequate allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel; supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements. * Monitor the time-based planning of various maintenance contracts. * Ensure implementation and compliance with prevention and safety standards jointly with the Prevention Technician, guaranteeing execution of the occupational health and safety plan. * Supervise the workforce—including both direct company employees and subcontractors—to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department regarding potential staffing requests, disciplinary procedures, or any other actions involving this department. * Monitor supplier material deliveries and properly manage stockpiles to guarantee compliance with project deadlines and quality standards while avoiding overstocking, thereby maintaining the project’s economic balance. * Provide support for projects or tasks requiring your participation, ensuring their timely and high-quality execution.
