Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to manage human resources, plan services, and supervise activities, providing technical guidance and direct support to persons with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage human resources and organize services 2. Supervise and support center activities 3. Provide guidance on assessment and intervention for persons with disabilities We seek a professional holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, under 30 years of age, who possesses a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. A temporary replacement contract is offered, lasting 10 months, with possible extension. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, covering both morning and afternoon shifts. The gross monthly salary amounts to 1908.31 euros, including the proportional share of extraordinary payments, based on the XVI Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for Persons with Disabilities. Responsibilities include managing human resources, planning and organizing the center or service, as well as supervising and supporting activities. As a psychologist, you will provide technical guidance to the team regarding assessment and intervention for adults with disabilities, supervise individual support plans, and deliver direct assistance to users with specific mental health needs or complex behavioral issues.
