Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to manage human resources, plan, supervise, and support activities, providing technical guidance on assessment and intervention for adults with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage human resources and organize centers or services 2. Supervise individual support plans 3. Provide direct assistance to users with specific mental health needs We seek a professional holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, under 30 years of age, who possesses a valid driver's license and their own vehicle. A temporary replacement contract is offered, lasting 10 months, potentially extendable. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, covering both morning and afternoon shifts. The gross monthly salary is EUR 1908.31, including the proportional portion of extraordinary payments, based on the XVI Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities. Responsibilities include human resource management, planning and organization of the center or service, as well as supervision and support of activities. As a psychologist, you will provide technical guidance to the team on assessment and intervention for adults with disabilities, supervise individual support plans, and deliver direct assistance to users with specific mental health needs or complex behavioral issues.
