Training and development of laboratory technicians and residents Facultative/specialist in Hematology and Hemotherapy or Clinical Analysis/Clinical Biochemistry Validation of routine and special test results in the field of Hematology and Hemostasis: hematology, peripheral blood morphology, diagnostic parameters for anemias, basic and special hemostasis (antiphospholipid antibodies, thrombophilia studies, and coagulation factor assays), HPLC of hemoglobins, glycated hemoglobin, ESR, and others. • Management of statistical quality control (internal and external). • Determination of validation rules and configuration of equipment, and technical knowledge thereof. • Engagement with clinicians from hospitals and collaboration with departments related to the section. • Coordination on quality matters with the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Unit. • Training and qualification of laboratory technicians in the area, students on placement, and residents. • Participation in laboratory clinical sessions. • Responsibility for internalization of tests and for comparative assessments following changes in equipment within the area. • Collaboration in drafting public procurement documents. • Development of area-specific procedures. * Experience: 4 years.
