Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to join the maintenance team, supporting the maintenance supervisor in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various facilities and setting up event rooms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Join the technical department’s maintenance team. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various facilities. 3. Carry out self-inspections and set up event rooms. The candidate will join the technical department’s maintenance team and support the maintenance supervisor at Camiral. Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of various facilities: * Low-voltage systems * IT infrastructure * Air conditioning * Plumbing * Sanitation * Metalwork * Swimming pools * Irrigation systems * Conducting self-inspections specific to the maintenance department on company assets. * Setting up various rooms according to event requirements. * Minor carpentry and painting work. * Diagnosing and repairing small household appliances and/or kitchen and cleaning equipment. Requirements * Prior maintenance experience of 2–3 years. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required to access the Resort. * Completion of specialized training courses (e.g., electricity, air conditioning, legionella, public swimming pools) is preferred. * Prior experience in metalwork is preferred.
