The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI products, working closely with various departments to enhance digital presence and customer interaction. What challenges await you? * Develop AI products from conceptual design through production deployment, including use case identification, requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operations (preferably using MLOps and Agile frameworks). * Apply advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex problems. * Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, and other relevant teams. * Foster an innovation culture while maintaining delivery quality and timeliness. * Identify and manage risks associated with AI product development, including regulatory compliance. * Monitor AI solution performance and communicate metrics and results to key stakeholders. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills (Mandatory): * Proven experience leading AI product development and deployment. * Solid knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and trustworthy AI principles. * Experience with generative AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agentic AI approaches. * Experience with cloud-based AI services and products (Azure, GCP, AWS is a plus). * Specific Azure expertise: * Azure Machine Learning / Azure ML Studio. * Azure ML SDK. * MLOps for model management and deployment. * Azure Databricks (Apache Spark, MLflow). * Azure Synapse Analytics. * Azure Cognitive Services. * Azure SQL Managed Instance. * Programming languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript (Python, R, SQL is a plus). * Data engineering: preprocessing, ETL, and pipeline development. * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, cloud storage, and compute resources. * Version control with Git. * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment. Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to thrive in a high-challenge, high-support environment. Desired Experience: * Experience with both open-source and proprietary models. * Understanding of the AI regulatory landscape and its business impact. Languages: * Advanced English (C1) mandatory. * Native or advanced Spanish (C1) mandatory.
