If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** Function 1: TEAM LEADERSHIP * Identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment processes, as well as in onboarding new hires. * Identify team training needs and communicate them to Management. * Supervise students on internships. * Supervise and verify task assignments, shift/vacation scheduling, and other operational matters (variable pay, overtime, absences, etc.), keeping the Director informed. * Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports, providing constructive feedback. Function 2: PATIENT CARE * Manage non-clinical requests, complaints, and incidents that, depending on their complexity, require intervention by General Services Management. * Visit all departments of the facility to monitor activities and resolve issues or incidents in collaboration with supervisors.
