




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a training contract, with responsibilities in document management, accounting, organization, public service, and general administrative support. Document management and administrative support We seek a candidate holding a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance to carry out administrative duties. A medium or advanced typing skill level and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are required. Residency in Hellín is an essential requirement for this position. This is a training contract designed to enable the candidate to gain practical professional experience. Working hours will be split shifts. The offered salary is €1,500 gross per month, including the pro-rata portion of extraordinary payments, and will be governed by the Notaries’ Collective Agreement. The main responsibilities include document and archive management, assistance in accounting tasks, organization and coordination of schedules and communications, public service, general administrative support, as well as use of computer tools.
