Our warehouse is the core of daily operations: every order prepared correctly directly impacts the customer experience. We are seeking a candidate with solid warehouse operations experience who wishes to assume an on-site coordination role, with a strong hands-on component and daily presence in operations. The candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to help organize daily activities, maintain control over operational flow, and improve the team’s way of working through practical involvement. * **Location:** Camporroso Industrial Park, Chinchilla de Montearagón * **Reports to:** Warehouse Manager * **Functionally coordinates:** Shift Supervisors (non-hierarchically) * **Level:** Mid-level operational supervisor **Job Mission** Ensure the proper execution of daily warehouse operations on the ground by coordinating shift activities, guaranteeing compliance with procedures, and promoting practical improvements that optimize time, reduce errors, and keep operations under control. Key Responsibilities *1\. Daily Operational Coordination* * Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to plan daily tasks. * Coordinate with shift supervisors on workload distribution across zones and shifts. * Continuously monitor progress of goods inbound and outbound. * Identify deviations or bottlenecks and reallocate resources as needed. * Serve as direct operational support on the warehouse floor. 2\. Process Control and Monitoring * Supervise correct application of work procedures. * Review and manage day-to-day operational incidents. * Conduct periodic inventory and location verifications. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage. * Support compliance with basic safety regulations. 3\. Operational Continuous Improvement * Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues through direct involvement in operations. * Propose and implement practical improvements in receiving, picking, and shipping. * Optimize flows, travel paths, and storage locations to enhance productivity. * Adjust procedures when operational needs require it. *4\. Support for Warehouse Management System (WMS)* * Supervise correct use of the system during daily operations. * Identify WMS-related incidents and collaborate on their resolution. * Support the team in correctly applying digital processes. * Participate in testing and adjustments arising from operational changes. 5\. Team Training and Support * Support practical onboarding training for new hires. * Reinforce procedures and best practices in daily operations. * Act as the operational liaison between shift supervisors and the Warehouse Manager. * 3–5 years of experience in logistics warehouse operations, actively participating in daily activity management. * Experience in high-volume or fast-turnover environments. * **Advanced Excel skills for data and KPI analysis, plus experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).** * Practical, execution-oriented individual comfortable working on the warehouse floor. * Ability to organize teams daily using sound judgment and common sense. * Skill in identifying operational problems and responding swiftly. * Natural leadership grounded in leading by example. * Genuine interest in improving processes from daily operations. * Strong rapport with operational teams.
