Your main responsibility will be assisting in dish preparation, ensuring quality and flavor in each dish. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service. Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment are required. The position is full-time, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours. You will work from Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts that may be from 09:00 to 17:00 or from 17:00 to 01:30, always respecting legal rest periods. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar duties. * We seek a creative, responsible person with strong motivation to work. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. Culinary GM/GS qualification is desirable.
