Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a Winemaking Technician with experience and comprehensive knowledge of the wine production process—from vine planting to bottling—for our client located in **Caravaca de la Cruz**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and participating in various stages of wine production, as well as supporting general farm operations. The work schedule will be mixed, combining activities at the winery and on agricultural land. Additionally, responsibilities include: * Participating in all stages of the wine production process: vine cultivation, harvest, grape selection, fermentation, quality control, and bottling. * Supervising and maintaining order and hygiene in the winery, ensuring processes comply with quality standards. * Monitoring and recording inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods. * Performing farm tasks, including crop maintenance, irrigation, cleaning of areas, and supporting agricultural production logistics. * Applying good safety and hygiene practices across all activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in wine production, preferably in artisanal or commercial wineries. * Knowledge of all production phases, from vine planting to bottling. * Physical capability to perform tasks on the farm. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously. * Availability for a mixed work schedule, adapting to the needs of both the winery and the farm. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Salary range: €18,000–€22,000 gross per year. * Flexible working hours. * Opportunity to join a solid company with strong presence in the wine industry.
