




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare ingredients, provide kitchen support, perform cleaning duties, and manage inventory, all while complying with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of ingredients and general kitchen support. 2. Kitchen cleaning, organization, and inventory management. 3. Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. We are looking for a cook to join our team in Salobreña. Main responsibilities will include ingredient preparation—from washing and cutting vegetables and fruits to portioning meats—as well as general kitchen support, such as assisting in the preparation of simple dishes, side dishes, and final plating. Daily tasks will also include cleaning and organizing the work area, ensuring that surfaces, tools, and kitchen equipment are always clean and disinfected. Additionally, inventory management will be carried out, including goods receipt, proper storage of raw materials, stock control, and organization of cold rooms and storerooms. Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations is essential. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 20 hours. Working hours will be rotating, and the monthly salary is €800.
