We are seeking a professional with experience to ensure the proper operation, security, and performance of computer systems, servers, and client equipment. Primary responsibilities include administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows operating systems—both workstation and server versions. Responsibilities include implementation, configuration, and management of Windows Server, including key roles and features such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. Experience administering virtualization environments using Hyper\-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi is also required, along with comprehensive microcomputing support covering hardware, software, printers, networks, and peripherals. Additionally, the role involves monitoring backup procedures and contingency policies, system performance monitoring, and proactive incident resolution. Collaboration in implementing cybersecurity policies and technical documentation of procedures and configurations is highly valued. Working hours are full-time and rotating. **Professional Experience:** Less than one year **Education:** Minimum: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR). Technical Requirements / Knowledge * Proficiency in Windows Server * Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS. * Advanced knowledge of Hyper\-V and/or VMware (creation and administration of virtual machines, snapshots, virtual networks, etc.). * Experience in microcomputing technical support (hardware, software, peripherals). * Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, VPN, switches, routers, and structured cabling. * Experience in backup and disaster recovery. * Desirable: PowerShell, Office 365, Azure AD, or Microsoft 365 Admin Center knowledge. * Desirable: Cybersecurity knowledge and tools (firewall, antivirus, system monitoring, security policies, etc.) * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Service orientation and user support focus. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity and continuous updating on emerging technologies.
