As a Systems Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and continuity of the entire technological infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Director, leading the systems area and managing key company projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Administering LAN/WAN networks and Fortigate, Aruba, and Unifi devices. Managing Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO...). Monitoring the VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization platform. Managing backups using Veeam Backup & Replication. Participating in strategic technology projects. Leading and coordinating the systems technical team. Ensuring cybersecurity and business continuity. What do we require? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in systems administration. Proven experience in team and project management. Solid knowledge of networking, virtualization, and Windows systems. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement. **Preferred qualifications:** Fortinet, Aruba, VMware, CompTIA, or CISSP certifications, or SAP experience. What do we offer?
