Clínica Asturias, located at Calle Naranjo de Bulnes, 4\-6 (Oviedo), is seeking an HR Technician to cover a long-term leave at its office located at Calle Tito Bustillo, 10 (Oviedo). Responsibilities: * Personnel selection. * Contract management. * Payroll control/supervision. * Personnel administration management: ITs, working schedule changes, contract expirations, terminations, etc. * Resolving queries regarding collective agreements or payrolls. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) management. * Handling employee-related incidents. * Training management. * Reporting. Requirements: * University degree \+ Master's degree in HR. * Minimum 3 years of experience in labor affairs. * Knowledge of A3\ is desirable. We offer: * Flexible split working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8\-9 a.m. to 4:30\-5:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break), and Friday and summer intensive schedule from 8\-3 p.m. * Temporary contract to cover a long-term leave (expected duration: 3\-6 months) Salary: €25,000.00\-€30,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
