Within a context of growth and transformation, we seek a Labor Technician to ensure proper administrative and labor management of employees, closely collaborating with the labor department and supporting various HR processes from a generalist perspective. **Job Mission** Ensure proper administrative and labor management of organizational personnel, closely collaborating with the labor department and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes, providing a generalist perspective that ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and an appropriate employee experience. **Main Responsibilities** Collaborate with the labor department in administrative personnel management (hiring, termination, contracts, contractual modifications, etc.). Support payroll management, incident handling, and variable control in coordination with the labor department or external provider. Monitor applicable collective bargaining agreements and labor legislation. Participate in core HR processes: onboarding, document management, employee tracking, and manager support. Support absence, vacation, leave, and working hours management. Collaborate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. **Requirements:** --------------- **We Are Looking For** Degree or training in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar; or Master’s degree in HR and Labor Affairs. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources departments, with exposure to labor department functions, preferably in a multinational, industrial, and/or transportation environment. Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative personnel management. Experience collaborating with payroll management or labor advisory services. An organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork capabilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with ATS (e.g., Bizneo or others) is a plus. High proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
