Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources departments, with exposure to labor department functions, preferably in a multinational, industrial, and/or transportation environment. Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative personnel management. Experience collaborating with payroll management or labor advisory services. An organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork capabilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with ATS (e.g., Bizneo or others) is a plus. High proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
