At **Alya Pilates**, we are about to open the doors of a new space dedicated exclusively to **Pilates machines**, and we want to welcome someone enthusiastic about joining this project from day one. We seek a person eager to create a welcoming environment, support students in their development, and grow alongside the studio. **What are we looking for?** A Pilates machine instructor who enjoys teaching small groups (maximum 6 people) and who has the **availability and interest to gradually increase working hours** as demand grows. This is a growing project, and we would love to work with someone who wishes to grow with it. The schedule we need to cover is **a continuous 8-hour weekly schedule**: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. *The increase in working hours will be progressive, based on student growth, and agreed upon mutually by both parties.* **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Teach Pilates machine classes in groups of up to 6 people. * Prepare sessions tailored to students’ individual needs. * Create a pleasant, safe, and approachable environment. **Requirements** * Certification in Pilates machines, including Reformer. * Positive attitude, approachability, and professional conduct. * Availability during the indicated schedule. **What we offer** * The opportunity to join an inspiring new project. * A positive atmosphere and teamwork. * A real opportunity to increase working hours. * **Permanent contract salary** above the collective agreement.
