At Expertise Talent, we are recruiting a Machining Workshop Manager (M/F) for an engineering firm specializing in machining, located in Martorelles (Barcelona). As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all workshop-related activities; your main duties will include planning, executing, and monitoring machining processes, as well as managing the technical team and maintaining machines/tools. **Requirements** * Experience with both CNC Lathes and CNC Milling Machines. * Familiarity with Fanuc programming language is desirable. * Experience managing teams (3 lathe operators and 5 milling operators). * Agility in machine and fixture setup. * Proficiency in MASTERCAM is desirable. * Extensive experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics. * Office software proficiency (Excel and Word) is valued. **Conditions** * Permanent contract, stable and continuous project. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00 (including 30 minutes for breakfast and 1 hour for lunch); Friday, 8:00–14:30. * Salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross per year, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. * Joining an established company with over 40 years of sector experience.
