




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for ingredient preparation and hygiene maintenance, supporting the professional chef. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to food safety and hygiene We are looking for a person to assist in tasks within a professional kitchen. Main responsibilities include preparing ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and fish—performing washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning—to streamline the chef's workflow. It will also be your responsibility to keep worktables, utensils, and machinery clean and disinfected throughout service, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers a temporary contract with a weekly working schedule of 12 hours, distributed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 20:00 to 24:00, under the hospitality industry collective agreement.
