Reporting to the Production Applications Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving production incidents, proposing improvements to test benches, tools, and procedures to optimize the production process, ensure product quality, and prevent RMAs (customer material returns). **Job Requirements** * Higher vocational education degree in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or related field * Standard knowledge of KNX and software: ETS, EITT * AutoCAD * Basic computer skills * Basic electronic and electrical knowledge * Knowledge of databases (MySQL) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) **Here’s a brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Analyze and resolve incidents related to test benches, automated production lines, and machinery (e.g., lasers, presses, printers), including periodic maintenance. * Analyze and resolve incidents related to production-linked applications, tools, or databases. * Build and/or inspect new test benches, duplicates, and modifications to existing ones, including their programming. * Participate in the rollout of new applications, assembly of new products or automated lines, supervise their implementation on production lines, and support operator training. * Supervise correct execution of product assembly and production testing, correcting assembly or test documentation as needed, and analyzing potential deviations affecting assembly time. * Document detected incidents, perform triage, and maintain a complete log of all incidents, specifying observed behaviors and implemented solutions, where applicable. * Investigate, identify, and propose improvement actions for applications, processes, and procedures, maintaining direct communication with operators and engineers, and participating in their review. * Validation of new batches of electronic boards. **What are the advantages of working at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed salary between **19\-22k** \+ variable bonus.
