The primary responsibility will be supervision and control of the packaging line, ensuring efficiency and quality at all times. This includes starting up and shutting down machines, feeding capsules at the beginning of the process, and conducting visual inspections to ensure compliance with standards. The position also requires making machine adjustments and carrying out basic maintenance to ensure proper operation. It will be necessary to install and replenish empty reels and cartons, manage containers for aluminum and plastic trimmings, and operate the electric pallet truck to move materials. Maintaining a clean and organized work area will be essential. The ability to identify and resolve problems, as well as willingness to learn new tasks and technologies, will be highly valued. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are important. Previous experience of at least 1 year as an operator or machine operator in manufacturing facilities is required. A food handler’s certificate is mandatory. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in fields such as industrial mechanics, industrial mechatronics, industrial equipment maintenance, machining, or related areas is desirable. A personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required for commuting to the workplace. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
