What will you be responsible for? In this position, you will be responsible for managing all documentation related to sales processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, delivery note control, and order tracking. You will collaborate closely with the Treasury and Accounting departments to ensure payments are processed accurately and promptly. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Issuing invoices and delivery notes. Managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Monitoring commercial charges and updating tariffs in management systems. Overseeing the customer lifecycle and managing sales platforms. Maintaining direct communication with customers to resolve questions regarding invoicing, shipments, and payments. What will make you successful in this position? The ideal candidate holds a solid background in administration or finance, such as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or Administrative Management. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing, administration, or accounting departments is required, preferably including experience in electronic invoicing, coordination with logistics, and international clients. A medium level of English (B1) and proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) and ERP management systems are essential. Knowledge of the Spanish Immediate Supply of Information (SII) system and international trade invoicing requirements will be highly valued.
