




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible administrative staff to perform customer service, document management, accounting, and invoicing tasks within the food industry. Opportunity within a food industry company. We are looking for administrative staff to perform administrative tasks at a food industry company located in the Mercabarna area of Barcelona. Main responsibilities will include customer service, management of all necessary documentation, and data entry into office software such as Excel, Word and Outlook. The role will also involve accounting and invoicing tasks, as well as handling enterprise management software such as Navision, SAP or ERP, among other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time contract, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, between 09:00 and 18:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar functions. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
