Supervision of construction execution and quality A **construction company** is looking to hire a **Site Manager** with experience in landmark buildings. **Job Description** You will assume the responsibilities typical of a Site Manager, performing the following duties: \- Interpret construction drawings and carry out layout and setting-out of work units. \- Propose execution procedures, materials, and techniques. \- Calculate material requirements and measure completed work. \- Control materials, storage areas, and on-site tools. \- Manage and coordinate both in-house project teams and subcontractor teams. \- Monitor and supervise construction execution, as well as compliance with the established schedule. \- Ensure quality control of on-site work execution. \- Guarantee and enforce occupational health and safety measures for the site and workers. **Job Requirements** \- Qualification as a Higher Technician in Construction Works Organization and Control, or as a Higher Technician in Building Projects, or other related qualification. \- Minimum **5 years’ verifiable experience as a Site Manager**, preferably in **landmark buildings**. \- Knowledge of surveying and blueprint interpretation. \- Proficiency in computer tools (Email, Excel, Word, etc.). \- Occupational Health and Safety Certification (PRL): Mandatory 60-hour basic PRL course.
