Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for building surveillance, access management, mail reception, and emergency assistance, ensuring the proper functioning of the condominium. Previous experience and basic computer skills are valued We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties. A Basic General Education or E.S.O. certificate, as well as basic user-level computer knowledge, will be valued. Prior experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage. Job responsibilities include building surveillance and access management, ensuring the proper operation of condominium equipment. The role also involves mail reception and leading evacuations and providing assistance during emergencies or incidents. A full-time work schedule is offered, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00, Monday through Sunday. Shifts will be rotating, including statutory rest days. The contract will be a temporary replacement contract due to IT (temporary incapacity). Priority will be given to candidates with functional diversity (disability certificate of 33% or higher) and/or IPT.
