Collaboration with the production team to achieve objectives At **Grúas Sáez, S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international reference in the manufacturing of Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes, and Formwork Systems for construction, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a **CNC Machining Operator**. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, set up, and program CNC numerical control machines. * Operate boring machines, CNC lathes, and parallel lathes. * Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure correct part manufacturing. * Perform dimensional quality control using measuring instruments. * Adjust machining parameters and ensure process quality. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on assigned machinery. * Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality objectives. **Requirements:** * Vocational Training qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related field. * One year of experience in CNC machining. * Knowledge of boring machines, CNC lathes, and parallel lathes. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and mechanical tolerances. * Prior experience in industrial environments/short production runs or special parts is desirable. * Proficiency in using measuring tools and quality control methods. * Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team.
