Position Request ID: 25234 Country: Spain Position Location: Parque Tecnológico, Edificio 300 Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170 **VERIFICATION OPERATOR (F/M/X)** **Position Objective:** ITP Aero seeks to hire individuals at its Zamudio plant to carry out dimensional and visual verification of aerospace components, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications and quality standards required across all stages of the production process. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Dimensional verification during intermediate and final operations. * Visual inspection during intermediate and final operations. • Operation of 5-axis coordinate measuring machines (CMMs): part mounting and dismounting. • IPA dimensional inspection. • Application of brown and yellow resins. * Use of profilometer for surface roughness measurement. * Calibration of measurement instruments and tools. * Generation and management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). * Part marking using Data Matrix codes. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances. * Use of SAP application for various verification-related transactions. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FPII) or equivalent in metalworking, mechanical manufacturing, or related fields. **Languages:** * Basic English (valuable for interpreting technical documentation). **Experience:** • Prior experience in component verification within an industrial setting, preferably aerospace or high-precision manufacturing. • Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and metrology software will be valued. **Technical Knowledge:** • Interpretation of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances. • Proficiency in using measurement instruments and dimensional control systems. • Familiarity with industrial applications such as SAP. **Soft Skills:** • Attention to detail and quality orientation. • Technical rigor and analytical capability. • Teamwork in technical and multidisciplinary environments. **Why Choose This Vacancy?** This position offers you the opportunity to join a reference company in the aerospace sector, with access to state-of-the-art technology for inspection and verification processes.
