If you are passionate about technically and operationally leading Snowflake-based initiatives—from pre-sales solution design to production deployment of scalable AI ecosystems—we want you to be our next key engineering team member. **Responsibilities:** * Data and AI Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of comprehensive data architectures. * Technical Leadership: Guide the team in building or migrating data platforms, ensuring best practices in DataOps and MLOps. * Governance and Security: Define data governance policies, lineage, and access security. * Consumption Optimization: Apply FinOps to balance performance and robustness with cost efficiency. * AI Initiatives (GenAI and Advanced Analytics): Lead the deployment of AI solutions leveraging business data. * Knowledge Graphs: Implement graph-based solutions where they represent the optimal approach to extract company knowledge and exploit relationships among data. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership or similar roles.** Experience in technical pre-sales and consulting. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior/mid-level profiles. Proficiency in data architectures and their implementation on Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and PaaS on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Core Technologies: SQL, Scala/PySpark, Power BI, Python/C\#, DevOps. AI Engineering: Solid knowledge of AI services and deployment of solutions in production environments. Experience working with graph-oriented databases (e.g., Neo4j). (Desirable)
